I was announced as the winner of The Gena Branscombe Project's 2023 Emerging Composer Scholarship!

I'm excited to announce that I will be attending the Yale School of Music for my Masters in Music Composition, starting this fall!

Chicago a cappella premiered "Invitation to Love" in Evanston, Illinois on their program "From Behind Closed Doors". I am included on this program as a result of winning their "HerVoice Emerging Women Composers Competition" in 2022.

​It will be performed three more times on February 19th, March 3rd and March 5th.

"Night Falls", the first song of a song cycle called "Only in Dreams". It was premiered on the Sung In Color concert streamed to YouTube. Sung in Color is a virtual recital series dedicated to producing high-quality video/audio recordings of solo vocal music by living BIPOC composers.

The album "Miniature Symphonies" releases today! Performed by the Lowell Chamber Orchestra and released by PARMA Recordings, this album includes my piece "The Sentinel" in addition to music written by Quinn Mason, Darius Milhaud, Yoko Nakatani, and Kevin Scott. "Miniature Symphonies", an album which will be released by the Lowell Chamber Orchestra on August 26th, 2022 has been featured on a Broadway World Classical Article. My piece for chamber orchestra "The Sentinel" is included on this album.

Written for the inaugural Akropolis Chamber Music Institute, "Impulse" was premiered in Petoskey, Michigan on August 10th, 2022.

My choir piece "Continuities" was premiered on May 21st, 2022, by the Bellevue Chamber Chorus. My piece was the co-winner of their Emerging Composer Competition in 2021.

My string quartet "C.L.A.R.A." was awarded 2nd Place in Prelude Chamber Music Camp's "Young Composers Competition for String Quartet". It was performed on June 25th, 2022 in a concert at the Prelude Chamber Music Camp.

"Flow", my piece for solo harp, will be performed at the Re:Sound New Music Festival on June 11th. It will be performed by harpist Danielle Kuntz 4pm at the Kaiser Gallery in Cleveland, OH.

On April 27th at 6:00pm, my guitar piece "For What Once was" was premiered at UNLV's Barrick Museum.

Two films I scored were premiered yesterday at UNLV's Spring Flicks 2022.

"C.L.A.R.A." was performed on a by the students of the McDuffie Center for Strings as a part of their New Music Initiative for Black Voices program. The concert was April 14th at Mercer University.

"Invitation to Love" will receive a reading at the Western American Choral Directors Association (WACDA) Conference on March 4th, 2022. It was selected as one of the seven pieces to be included in a live reading session.

On April 20th, 2022 at 7am PST/7pm AMT. "Nightfall" will be performed by the Armenian State Symphony Orchestra on a concert titled "CARNIVAL OF ANIMALS". This concert placement is a result of "Nightfall" winning PARMA Recording's Summer 2020 Call for Scores.

Danielle Kuntz, the wonderful harpist that premiered "Flow" in 2021, will be performing it again on January 21st, 10:30am PST/1:30pm EST during her Living Room Livestream!

"The Sentinel", a piece commissioned by the Lowell Chamber Orchestra has been recorded and is posted on their website and YouTube channel.
